You can return items for store credit within 7 days of the package being delivered. No refunds will be issued.
Merchandise must be in the original condition, including original packaging and tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be returned in another box or shipping bag to avoid damage.
Return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges from the original purchase will not be credited back to you.
All SALE products, earrings, leggings, bralettes are final sale. No exceptions or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Items that appear to have been worn, alerted, have had the tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We will notify you via email of the online credit and apply the credit to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed.
If you wish to return an order that was paid through Sezzle, we will issue a store credit and you will finish out your payment plan through Sezzle.
